EQUITY POLICY STATEMENT
Crawley Rugby Club is committed to ensuring that equity is incorporated across all aspects of its activities.

Rule 2 of the CRFC Club rules states : “The Club shall provide all of its services in a way as to be fair to everyone and ensure that ALL present and future members receive fair and equal treatment.”

The Club will treat any incidence of discriminatory behaviour as a serious breach of this rule and deal with it according to Club disciplinary procedures.
