All Junior and Mini teams have qualified coaches backed up by first aiders. The club has an active "Child Protection Policy" and Health and Safety audits are regularly carried out on the facilities. At Crawley we believe that playing rugby should be a safe, enjoyable experience, all are welcome.

Mini and Youth teams play and train at the club on Sunday mornings starting at 10.00am

Rugby in the Community
Crawley RFC have a Youth Development Officer funded by the club, local sponsors and Crawley Borough Council with the objective of fostering and developing the game of rugby union with children in the local community. If you are a teacher in the Crawley & Horley area and are interested in developing the sport at your school but would like assistance and support, contact our Youth Chairman, Ian Thurloway. (see "Club Contacts"). He can put you in touch with our Youth Development Officer, assist with arranging "in school" and "after school" sessions and offer technical and practical support.
