McDonald's franchisee John O'Dwyer explains why he is keen to support Crawley RFC:
"They have always impressed me. Crawley RFC do a great job of encouraging sponsors to be included in the life of the club. I am sure many other clubs could learn from Crawley's inclusive approach. I have tremendous admiration for the commitment that goes into making Crawley RFC such a great success. People give freely of their time in all weathers every week. It really makes a difference. It is good to see young people who have grown up through the club continuing to develop their skills.

John runs six McDonald's in and around Crawley. He has worked for the company for many years. His McDonald's in Crawley Leisure Park has recently undergone some major changes including the introduction of a new service where customers can order meals to be brought to their table. John is dedicated to providing excellent service for all his customers.
"The new design has created more space, our customers dine in comfortable areas and ordering at the order kiosk makes the whole process of a visit to McDonald's even smoother, especially for families." There are tablets for the children to read and play games on too. "We make it a priority to listen to the customer. Our menu now has twice as many items as seven years ago including Frappés and deli-sandwiches." A crucial value that both McDonald's and Crawley RFC share is a dedication to the values of building strong teams:
