This is the fourth in a series of Equalizer interviews with the people behind Crawley RFC

Josh has been with Crawley RFC for about sixteen years, beginning aged seven. He wanted to play rugby but since joining he has also got involved with the club's social side.
Josh divides his time between playing for Crawley RFC and commuting to London to work for Lloyds Bank. Wherever he goes he always takes the values shared by the club with him:
"Crawley Rugby Club has so many strengths. The rugby is excellent, and the club is very active in other areas too. For example we run a Sunday Social Club which hosts some great people and is supported by the Aldingbourne Trust. We also put on a number of events to support charities and good causes. Crawley RFC is a committed supporter of our community."
Josh plays either wing or full back but he notes that whatever one's position every player is equally reliant on the other:
"Rugby teaches respect of others, discipline, teamwork, mutual trust and friendship."
