To help this year go as smoothly as possible here are some useful tips!

SOMEONE WILL BE AT THE CLUB BAR SELLING TICKETS ON WEDNESDAY 24/10 AND THURSDAY 25/10 FROM 7PM - PLEASE BUY YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE!

We want to make sure that everyone has a great time and enjoys the event, so here is some additional information that may be useful:

  • Bring cash! - while we will have card readers in use at the bar and food vendors, using cash will help everything move faster!
  • Use the main entrance and have your tickets ready! - We will have marshals manning every entrance to the club, but attendees can only enter using the main entrance (on Ifield Avenue).
  • Taxis and car drop-off (excluding disabled attendees) is over the road from the Rugby Club at the Temple - this is to avoid excess bottlenecking of the entrance with people blocking the entrance.
  • Please print your ticket if possible! - If possible please print your ticket out (if ordered online) and bring it with you - this avoids any technical issues with phones!
  • You can buy your ticket on the door (cash only)! - For the first time ever you will be able to purchase tickets at the gate, although we always recommend buying them in advance to reduce wait times and guarantee that you get yours before we sell out! Tickets are still available here from SeeTickets
  • Travelling by car - we advise people to not travel by car if it can be avoided. This will prevent the main road getting blocked up and help you get into the event faster!
  • If you require disabled parking please bring your blue badge and let the parking attendants know!
  • Fireworks times - There aren't set times due to the fluid nature of the event, but we're aiming at 19:00-19:30 for the first display, then 20:00-20:30 for the second!
  • Please don't bring sparklers - for health and safety reasons sparklers are not allowed at the event!
  • It may get loud! - if you have young children or people with sensitive hearing with you then we recommend bringing ear defenders or earplugs with you!

We can't wait to see you all there!
