A new year is upon us, so it's time to make those new year resolutions !
It's time to get yourselves fit and what better way to blow those Christmas cobwebs away than a bit of rugby training?
Return To Rugby training will re-commence on Tuesday 3rd January 2017
Aimed at the more social player 3rds/Bulldogs/Vets or the completely new player there is something for everyone, these sessions can be as easy or as hard as you want them to be.
Numbers started to waiver a little towards the end of the year but it's time to make the commitment and get back out for a bit of Tuesday night fun.
We are in an excellent position in both the league and cup, but we've only done half the job, we need to push on and finish the season strongly and we can only do this by training !
