On Sunday 19th October 2014 Crawley Rugby club hosted its annual mini's festival for under 9's and 10's. A total of 32 teams comprising of 350 boys and girls from clubs all over Sussex travelled to the CRFC for what was hailed as a Prestigious and successful event by the local press. Tournament organiser Chris Jones and Mini's Manager Liadan Currie said, "This was a very big tournament and took a lot of of organising but it was well worth it - as it was a great day. "The organisation ran very smoothly and we could not have done this without out our great team of organisers from among our children's parents and many members of Crawley Rugby Club who all did a fantastic job".
