Crawley U14s success on tour

Crawley U14’s we’re invited to take part in the Leicester Tigers Challenge held at Butlin’s in Minehead.

The team consisted of players from Thomas Bennett, ICC, Oriel, Oakwood and Dunnotar who competed against teams from across England and Wales.

They had several tough encounters and played some excellent rugby, eventually finishing 3rd in the Shield Competition.

At the presentation ceremony the boys were given their medals and Trophy by formed England player Mathew Tait.

In addition Oakwood schools Sam Terry was a nominee for the ‘moment of the tournament’ due to some strong running and an excellent try.
