We are aware that some of you have recently experienced issues with your membership cards expiring. This is a routine occurrence each year, as part of our process for managing membership renewals and ensuring that both our records and income remain accurate and up to date.
Please note that the registration form (accessed via the QR code) and the membership system operate independently. As a result, memberships must be reactivated manually — a process which can take some time. We appreciate your patience as we continue to look into more efficient systems to streamline this in the future.
If you receive an email or WhatsApp message from me requesting confirmation of your payment, it means I have checked all club bank accounts and the card payment system but have been unable to match a transaction. If you have already paid, please respond to the message so that your payment can be verified and your card reactivated as soon as possible.
