We are pleased to announce the release of our updated communication protocols, which were discussed and approved during the recent AGM. To streamline our processes and ensure effective communication, please note the following changes:
No More WhatsApp Requests:
Starting today, all requests must be sent to media@crawleyrfc.com. We will no longer accept requests via WhatsApp or personal email addresses.
Where to Find the Documents:
For detailed information, please refer to the new protocols in our Club Documents folder.
Submission Deadlines:
Weekly Newsletter: Submit content by 11:59 PM on Wednesday for inclusion in Friday’s newsletter.
Social Media Posts: Submit requests at least 48 hours before the desired posting date.
Event Promotions: Submit requests at least one week before the event.
Urgent Requests:
If a request is urgent, please start the subject line with "URGENT:" followed by the topic. Urgent requests will be handled on a priority basis.
Immediate Compliance Required:
We appreciate your immediate compliance with these new protocols to help us maintain efficient communication within the club.
