Simon Dean Head Coach’s Preview: Crawley vs Ditchling (Home, 15:00 KO)

This week has been nothing short of outstanding. We’ve had over 40 players at training — a fantastic turnout that really shows the depth, commitment, and resilience within our senior men’s setup. It’s a great sign of where we’re heading as a club.

Tomorrow, we’re proud to be fielding two full senior squads, which is something every coach wants to see. It’s a credit to the players and everyone involved in keeping the momentum going both on and off the pitch.

On Tuesday, the squad came together for an honest and positive meeting — a chance to regroup, refocus, and set our expectations for the rest of the season. The energy since then has been brilliant, and the lads are ready to put that into action tomorrow.

We face Ditchling on Pitch 1 in what promises to be a cracking game. With the VP lunch and our 2nd XV taking on Littlehampton on Pitch 2, it’s shaping up to be a big day at Willoughby Fields.

So, we’re asking everyone — members, families, supporters — to get down to the club, make some noise, and get behind both teams. The boys have worked hard this week and are ready to give it everything.
