Crawley Rugby Club U12's played a very difficult and physical match this morning against Edenbridge, despite the score line being 11-1 to Edenbridge the boys still played well and put their hearts in to it. Well done to Ellis with the first try of the match. The tackling was great from both sides, and the support as always was there from the boys even when the result wasn’t going their way. I’ve always said as I’ve got older and greyer never let a bad result get you down, you come back stronger from it.
The game of Rugby is a great sport to watch but I am sure that you will agree with me today that the competition comes second to the health of the children, as our best wishes go to one of Edenbridge's players who was injured towards the end of the match and taken to hospital.
All of us at Crawley Rugby Club are wishing you a very speedy recovery buddy!!
