Formed in Oct 2019, Crawley RFC are proud to support the introduction of "Crawley Jets" Wheelchair Rugby Team as one of its senior playing squads.
We cater for all abilities with a team that competes in the National Leagues supported by a development squad for those new to the game. Our ladies team was recently formed and they are beginning to compete on a regular basis.
Training takes place in the Main Hall K2 Leisure Centre on Monday evenings between 7pm and 9pm, followed by a social gathering back at the club.
Wheelchair rugby: How the Crawley Jets came about
Wheelchair rugby: “We might be disabled in everyday life, but here we are fully able to take part”
Wheelchair rugby: “I love this game, it is just completely different to any other sport”
Wheelchair rugby: The benefits of playing the sport whatever your age
The team intends to support the "5's" format (5 aside).
The club and team are all members of both Crawley RFC and the GB Wheelchair Rugby
Training takes place at K2 Leisure Centre - Main Hall on Mondays from 7pm to 9pm
